The ZNSS double-cylinder double-acting pump is a new generation product developed by our company based on the ZN intelligent pump, with independent intellectual property rights. It overcomes the defects of the YB series and has the following main features:

1. The volume has decreased by 1/3, while the flow rate has increased by 2.5 times.

2. High-pressure operation without leakage eliminates the need for lubricating water, greatly improving the working environment.

3. With a power of 1/4 of the YB series (dedicated for filter presses) under the same flow rate and pressure, it can achieve seamless connection with intelligent control, computers, and other programmable controls.

4. The wear-resistant components are made of self-lubricating ceramics and self-lubricating seals. The replacement cycle for the main seal is 2 years in the environmental protection industry and 1 year in the ceramic industry. The replacement cycle for ceramic components is over 10 years.

5. The hydraulic system has undergone a complete redesign, eliminating the oil replenishment piston and incorporating a directional buffer mechanism. It utilizes imported seals, high-hardness cylinders, and plunger oil pumps, ensuring a longer lifespan and fewer issues for the hydraulic system.

The products are divided into three types: dedicated filter press type, high-pressure spray drying type, and high-pressure conveying type. Various valve designs are suitable for handling various materials.
