Due to the characteristics of sand and strong corrosiveness of the material, the rubber valve plates and rubber seals in the four one-way valves of the plunger pump are greatly damaged. The four rubber valve plates are replaced once a month, and the rubber seals are replaced every 20 days, with a cost of 4000-5000 yuan per time. Therefore, the annual maintenance cost is about 60000 yuan. Each repair takes 1-2 hours for 1-2 people.
