Replace the plunger pump model with YB300BP-40 filter press dedicated pump, with a flow rate of 40 cubic meters per hour, a high pressure of 18 kilograms, a working pressure of 14 kilograms, a motor power of 22 kilowatts, and a feeding and unloading time of 2.5-3 hours (due to changes in sludge solid content). The moisture content of the sludge cake is 35%. The replacement of plunger seals for accessories is done every 6-8 months, with a total of 8 pieces per set. Each set costs 110 yuan, and the valve plates are replaced every 6 months, with 4 pieces per set. The unit price is 120 yuan, and the annual comprehensive usage cost is 2240 yuan. 5-year comprehensive cost, within 4000 yuan per year.

Comprehensive evaluation
