This project is used for pile driving sewage and sludge treatment of urban road elevated bridges. The filter press is a 300 square meter fully automatic hydraulic diaphragm filter, with a feed pressure of 10 kilograms and a hydraulic plunger slurry pump model YB250-30: flow rate of 30 cubic meters per hour, high pressure of 20 kilograms, and motor power of 22 kilowatts. The working cycle lasts for 40 minutes, and the moisture content of the mud cake is about 20-25%.
Operation status:
This project uses 5 YB250-30 hydraulic plunger mud pumps and 5 XYZG300-125 filter presses to process 2000 tons of pile driving sewage sludge per day. The pile driving sewage sludge is filtered through a vibrating screen to remove gravel and impurities of more than 5 millimeters, and then added with medicine for sedimentation. After sedimentation, the sludge is pumped into the filter press through a plunger mud pump to filter at a pressure of 10 kilograms for 30 minutes. The moisture content of the filter cake reaches about 20-25%, and the sludge cake can be discharged after forming.
Comprehensive evaluation
At present, the hydraulic plunger slurry pump matched with the pressure filter in pile driving sewage sludge is a low-cost and effective equipment. Long term operation of water treatment agents requires minimal usage, with few operational failures, low usage costs, and stable and reliable operation. It is an ideal equipment for treating sewage and sludge from highway bridge and high-rise pile driving.
