Daily ceramic high-pressure filtration

This project involves various mineral raw materials from a daily ceramic factory. After being ground by a ball mill with water, the slurry is high-pressure transported into a filter press by a plunger slurry pump. After high-pressure filtration, it forms a mud cake, which is convenient for future processing. The filter press is TCYL800-80 type, with a feed pressure of 20 kilograms, a filter cake diameter of 750 millimeters, 80 filter cakes, and a production capacity of 2400 kilograms per batch. The plunger mud pump with a moisture content of 18% is YB140-10, with a flow rate of 10 cubic meters per hour, a high pressure of 25 kilograms, a working pressure of 20 kilograms, and a motor power of 11 kilowatts. The growth cycle is repeated every 1.5 hours. The complete set of equipment has been in use since 2005 and has been operating safely and reliably.
