The mud system malfunction caused insufficient displacement and inability to increase pressure. Or two cylinders with unequal working pressure and large pressure fluctuations.
Possible reasons:
(1) The suction pipe exposes the slurry surface:
(2) The suction pipe is blocked.
(3) The suction pipe is leaking air.
(4) The inlet valve is not working properly, and the clearance between the nylon guide sleeve and the guide rod is too small, which prevents the valve core from moving up and down flexibly; Excessive gap causes looseness; The valve plate has been fractured.
(5) The sealing gasket is scratched by iron filings or "padded" by particulate matter, making it impossible for the mud to seal.
(6) The sealing ring is worn.
(7) Deep grooves appear due to plunger wear.
Troubleshooting:
(1) Add mud
(2) Flush the pipeline
(3) Check the connection and eliminate it.
(4) Check and replace.
(5) Replace the sealing gasket.
(6) Tighten the sealing ring tightly. (13) If the tight sealing ring still leaks grout, replace the plunger.
